Bora (Abdullah) founded THE CALL with one driving realisation: Most people build their lives around everything — and try to fit in their salah. We want to reverse that.
His vision is simple yet radical — to help Muslims live prayer-centric lives, where salah becomes the anchor, not the afterthought.
With over a decade of experience as a Managing Partner at JI Ventures, Bora brings strategic leadership from the world of venture capital, early-stage innovation, and frontier technologies including blockchain and AI. He has helped multiple startups grow from zero to impact and has been a digital asset investor since 2014.
Alongside his professional journey, Bora has spent 13 years building and maintaining an Islamic knowledge platform, and has worked in da’wah — combining technical innovation with spiritual purpose.
At THE CALL, he leads product vision, brand clarity, and spiritual alignment — ensuring everything we build feels alive, sincere, and worthy of the salah it serves.
Aaron Griffith

Aaron Griffith is a pioneering DAO Architect and Community Organiser with an extensive track record in the computer software industry. As the Developer Relations Lead at Aragon, Aaron has played a critical role in empowering digital communities, charities, and businesses to harness the potential of decentralised technology through Aragon’s robust platform. His leadership has been instrumental in educating and guiding users to maximise Aragon's capabilities, building a foundation for transformative, decentralised ecosystems.
Aaron’s impact extends through his entrepreneurial ventures, co founding the BitPoint P2P exchange and wallet platform, where he has consistently demonstrated his skill in team building, community engagement, and strategic business development. With an academic foundation in Digital Currency from the University of Nicosia and studies in business and computer science at The Open University, Aaron combines deep technical insight with a strategic approach to innovation. His passion for decentralisation and community-driven technology underscores a commitment to fostering ecosystems that champion transparency, inclusivity, and groundbreaking innovation.

Manuel Gonzales is a seasoned UX design leader with over 17 years of experience since 2007, specializing in creating meaningful digital experiences for diverse global audiences. They have successfully led multidisciplinary teams of UX Designers, UI Designers, and User Researchers across both client-side and digital agency environments, delivering comprehensive B2C and B2B product solutions with expertise in mobile-first applications, fintech platforms, and blockchain-based user experiences.
At "The Call," Manuel Gonzales leads the design vision for creating an intuitive and culturally respectful Islamic prayer companion that honors Islamic principles while maintaining modern usability standards. Their approach focuses on translating complex spiritual practices into seamless digital experiences, ensuring technology enhances rather than disrupts the prayer journey.
